Domain Registration Terms and Conditions

Please read this document carefully before registering a domain name with us.

General Information

Cofellow domain name registration service allows you to register domain names. By registering a domain name with Cofellow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Registration Process

To register a domain name, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself and the domain name you wish to register. You must also agree to the terms and conditions of the domain name registrar that we use to register your domain name.

Domain Name Ownership

By registering a domain name with Cofellow, you acknowledge that you are the legal owner of the domain name and have the right to use it. You are responsible for ensuring that the use of the domain name does not infringe on any third-party rights, including trademark and copyright.

Domain Name Renewal

Domain names are registered for a specified period of time. You will receive reminders from Cofellow before your domain name expires, but it is your responsibility to renew your domain name before the expiration date. Failure to renew your domain name may result in the loss of your domain name.

Domain Name Transfers

If you wish to transfer your domain name to another registrar, you may do so by following the transfer process outlined by the registrar. You are responsible for any fees associated with the transfer.

Suspension/Termination

Cofellow may suspend or terminate your domain name registration at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if we are required to do so by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cofellow, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, expenses, or losses arising out of your use of the domain name.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Cofellow provides domain name registration services “as is” and without any warranty or guarantee of any kind, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Cofellow shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the domain name registration services.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Cofellow is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
